Role & Responsibilities

> Sourcing & Screening resumes.

> Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

> Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting

> Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, zoom, face to face)

> Interviewing candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews.

> Report to Asst. HR managers on the status of Recruitment.
