As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation and a passion for business development.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Good presentation skills to effectively communicate with potential clients
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to achieve business targets
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients
• Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
