Job Title: Client Representative (Female) - Travel Coordination

About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Client Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients and accompany them for interviews. Excellent communication skills are a must, with fluency in English. Proficiency in Excel is also required, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and schedule interviews.
• Accompany clients for interviews and provide support as needed.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Excel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to travel with clients as needed.
• Prior experience in client coordination or customer service is preferred.
