Key Responsibilities:

Administration Supervision: Oversee and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of recruitment processes.

Client Coordination: Coordinate with overseas clients via Zoom meetings and emails, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Operational Coordination: Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, providing updates on operations and scheduling meetings with management as needed.

Meeting Documentation: Prepare and maintain minutes of meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions, decisions, and action items. Assist in preparing quarterly presentations for management review.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team, providing support and supervision as needed. Assist in follow-ups with clients, identify areas for sales improvement, and contribute ideas for increasing sales revenue.

Communication with Houston General Manager: Work closely with the General Manager in Houston, coordinating activities, providing updates, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Report directly to VP on progress and key developments.

Required Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using Zoom for virtual meetings and emails for correspondence.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Sales support experience and a proactive approach to sales improvement.

Ability to work effectively in a parallel coordination role with remote and local teams.
