Job Title: Business Development Manager (European Region)
Location: Mumbai - Colaba - (Travel required within Europe)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our business in the European region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and acquiring new business opportunities from Europe. The role requires occasional travel to Serbia and other European countries. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and a presentable demeanor are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand the company's presence in the European region.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Drive client acquisition efforts, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
- Travel to Serbia and other European countries as required to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, particularly in the European market.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Europe, with occasional trips to Serbia.
- Presentable appearance and demeanor, with the ability to represent the company professionally in client interactions and public events.
