Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive/Manager with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Soundlines Group. As a Business Development Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining excellent client relations, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or a related role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Strong client coordination skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Experience in lead generation and converting leads into clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
  • Generate leads and cold-call potential clients to introduce our services and convert them into paying clients
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
