*What You'll Be Doing:*

📊 Utilize Mozart daily to craft purchase orders (POs), ES, and insightful reports.

🤝 Collaborate with vendors on a day-to-day basis.

🖨️ Apply your basic knowledge of the printing industry, covering materials like Sun board, Vinyl, Paper, Acrylic, and various eye-catching Point of Purchase (POP) materials like Floor standees and Tabletop standees.

🎉 Oversee Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, including branding, signage, and POP materials.

💼 Coordinate with vendors for seamless bill processing and KYC document collection.

📈 Showcase your Excel and PowerPoint prowess for impactful reporting.

🤹‍♀️ Work closely with our internal Marketing coordinator team to tackle tasks with finesse.

🏢 Ensure alignment with VMD guidelines by coordinating with the head office team.

🎪 Manage coordination for captivating in-store activities, exhibitions, and the bustling world of POP warehouse operations.

📱 While not mandatory, a grasp of digital and social media would be a bonus!
