Job Specification

Key Qualifications:

· Strong knowledge of consumer electronics products such as laptop, television, Mobile, etc.,

· Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

· Proven ability to assess training needs and develop relevant training materials.

· Knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.

Responsibilities:

Ø Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.

Ø Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.

Ø Responsible for all product, sales, process, and behavioural training to all sales staff at each of the sales branches and extend the knowledge through to the dealers.

Ø Accountable for translating the product and marketing objectives into training modules for Shopfront Staff and Sony India Sales Staff.

Ø Responsible for technical training, product training, behavioural training, soft skills training, etc.

Ø Be a product expert and impart complete knowledge of the product along with its solutions and execute training plans down to the junior/senior most SFA (Promoter) and dealer level.

Ø Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.

Ø Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
