Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Soni And Soni. This is a fresher position located in Ahmedabad. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our IP services, and addressing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. This is a full-time position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our intellectual property services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about our offerings.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
• Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Coordinate with the internal team to resolve any issues related to service delivery.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes and client conversions.
• Continuously update your knowledge about our services and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to the team on common issues faced by clients to improve service quality.
