- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client queries are resolved in a timely and coordinated manner.
- Gather client feedback and insights to help refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to compliance regulations and company policies during all client interactions to uphold professional standards.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve knowledge of IP services and enhance calling techniques.
