This role is integral to our success and involves coordinating with external digital marketing agencies, strategizing marketing initiatives, and collaborating closely with our Sales team.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating with digital marketing agencies to enhance our social media presence and drive engagement. Additionally, this role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing lead communication, and collaborating with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead transition and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Coordination:

• Liaise with external digital marketing agencies to plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing goals.

Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Create and manage content calendars for social media and other digital platforms.

Lead Management:

• Coordinate with the Sales team to understand lead requirements and ensure timely handover of qualified leads.
• Communicate with leads via email, nurturing relationships and providing necessary information to convert leads into customers.
• Track and report on lead progress and conversion rates.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and lead status to senior management.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
