Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Human Resources. This role is perfect for someone who has recently graduated and is looking for an opportunity to kick-start their career in Human Resources. As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to various aspects of HR and will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the organization. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in HR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of corporate communications and business strategy.
- Familiarity with management information systems (MIS) is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
- Contribute to the onboarding process of new employees by providing necessary information and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in conducting training sessions and workshops for employees on various HR topics.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the maintenance of employee records and HR systems.
- Provide support in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and developments.
