Job Overview
We are looking for a mid-level Sales Engineer specializing in Construction Material to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based out of Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, or Pune. The successful candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience and will focus on key sales initiatives to drive our business forward.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong sales skills (Mandatory skill)
- Knowledge of construction materials with the ability to explain technical details to customers
- Understanding of the construction industry and its market dynamics
- Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and their applications
- Customer relationship management to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Effective sales techniques to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the construction materials sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry to promote our range of construction materials
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to clients to showcase product benefits and applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent post-sales support
- Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and strategies for growth
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to understand product specifications and provide feedback from customers
- Prepare and present sales reports to track performance and provide insights for decision-making
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities
