  7. Qualification: Possess an MBA in Marketing along with an engineering background, providing a unique blend of technical and business expertise.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer industries, particularly in coating, agrochemical, and fragrance sectors.
  9. Manufacturing/Logistics Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics will be advantageous, enhancing the candidate's ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

  • Minimum 25 years of experience in international marketing, with a focus on chemicals.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • MBA in Marketing with an engineering background preferred.
