Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior HVAC Sales & Marketing Executive for full-time employment across multiple locations including Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC sales and an understanding of the electronic appliance market.
Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems (Mandatory skill)
- Sales experience (Mandatory skill)
- Experience specifically in HVAC sales (Mandatory skill)
- Customer relationship management: Strong ability to maintain and develop customer relations.
- Understanding of energy efficiency: Knowledge about energy-saving practices and solutions.
- Marketing: Skills in promoting products and generating interest among potential customers.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Problem-solving skills: Aptitude for addressing customer concerns and providing optimal sales solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software: Ability to navigate and utilize customer relationship management tools.
- Teamwork: Capability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients for HVAC systems and solutions in various markets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on HVAC products and solutions.
- Regularly update CRM system with customer information and sales activities.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote HVAC products.
