Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Retention:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  1. Market Research:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify areas for growth.
  • Develop a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  1. Proposal Development:
  • Prepare and deliver client-specific presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutual benefit.
  1. Account Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service to clients.
  1. Revenue Generation:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share.
  1. Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective client delivery.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting relationships.
  • Knowledge of staffing and recruitment solutions, market dynamics, and business trends.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA preferred.
