Position: HRD-Talent Acquisition | Recruiter

Experience: Recruitment experience for minimum 6 months to 1year

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment  strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

 What We're Looking For:

• MBA / Business Graduates with internship experience into recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to grow in the field.
