Job Summary:


Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international clients in the telecom industry, resolving their queries, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Answer international inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients in the telecom industry

•⁠ ⁠Resolve client queries related to telecom services, plans, and billing

•⁠ ⁠Provide accurate and timely information on telecom products and services

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecom services

•⁠ ⁠Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets

•⁠ ⁠Escalate complex issues to senior management/team leads

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software


Requirements:


•⁠ ⁠1-3 years of experience in international voice process or customer service in the telecom industry

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of telecom industry and services


Working Hours:


•⁠ ⁠Rotational shifts

•⁠ ⁠5-day workweek
