Job Summary:
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international clients in the telecom industry, resolving their queries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer international inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients in the telecom industry
• Resolve client queries related to telecom services, plans, and billing
• Provide accurate and timely information on telecom products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecom services
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets
• Escalate complex issues to senior management/team leads
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in international voice process or customer service in the telecom industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Knowledge of telecom industry and services
Working Hours:
• Rotational shifts
• 5-day workweek
