Key Responsibilities :

·     Opportunity Identification: To perform process study, process assessments, design thinking sessions to come up improvement opportunities in global F&A processes

·     Process Improvement: Drive Standardization, Harmonization and Best in class practices for a Global F&A process

·     Stakeholder Communication and Approvals: Pro-actively interact with client and Infosys BPM senior stakeholders and obtain buy-in on the proposed solutions.

·     Requirements Documentation: Analyze As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be Processes.

Competencies & Skill Set :

·     Domain expert in at least one F&A tower (Invoice to Pay, Order To Cash, Record To Report, FPN&A, Tax & Treasury and reconciliation activities)

·     Hands on experience of delivering at least 2 large scale End to End F&A Transformation for global Clients

·     Good hands-on experience in Blackline assessments and implementation is a MUST

·     Good understanding of ERPs - SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards (nice to have skill)

·     Experience in applying or implementing next-generation technologies such as AI/ML, RPA, Analytics and process mining to drive business transformations

·     Lean/six sigma certification is a MUST

Operating Network :

·     Internal: Business Heads, Solution Design team, Sales, Project/Program Managers, Business Managers, DTS, Technology Units; Infosys Group companies

·     External: Client CXOs, Client Leaders, Alliance Partners; Client Vendors; Analysts, External Knowledge Organization (Conferences)

Minimum Criteria for applicants :

·     Graduate with background of implementing tech driven transformation in F&A processes. MBA from leading A & B-category schools (BE/B.Tech from Grade A engineering colleges will be added advantage)

·     Minimum Total Experience – 10 years in F&A domain

·      Good ‘working’ knowledge of Blackline implementation

·     Location: Bangalore

·     Shift: Flexible to client shifts

·     Should be willing to work from office
