About the Role

Hybrid-Friendly, 5 days/week Reporting to the Project Manager/Scrum Master.

Exp required: 5+ years 

SoluteLabs is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst. You are expected to be more proficient in requirements gathering, propose appropriate solutions, estimation, and documentation.

You will be responsible for:

1. Requirement gathering - You will be responsible for building a comprehensive understanding of the client's evolving business requirements & priorities and ensuring that the team & other stakeholders are on the same page w.r.t these requirements.
2. Conduct the workshop, discovery sessions for gathering requirements
3. Brainstorming with standing leads to propose the appropriate solution based on the feature requirements.
4. Creating BRD, SoW, Workflows, Wireframes, and other documentation.
5. Performing backlog grooming activity by creating and refining Epics and user stories.
6. You will collaborate with the client to prioritize user stories, epics, and features and keep the team aligned with these priorities.
7. Collaborating with the team to provide accurate estimations on the project. You will also be expected to identify and implement the most effective ways to estimate stories.
8. Validation and approval of QA test cases.
9. Change request management, identifying the change requests, and managing respective documentation.
10. Conducting the demos of the product.
11. Creating documentation for the sales team like the case study.

Requirements

About You:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or as a Product Owner for startups/enterprises.
2. Working experience in Agile Methodology - Scrum Framework.
3. Functional understanding of Web and Mobile application development.
4. Experience with Mind Mapping and wireframing tools such as Miro, Figjam, Balsamiq, etc.
5. Have good command over the English language, both written and spoken.
