Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Admin Executive to join our team at SoluteLabs. As an IT Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our team. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as an IT Admin Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Linux, MAC, and Windows system administration
• Experience in networking and IT infrastructure operations
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
• Administer user accounts and access control
• Manage and maintain the company's IT inventory
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve IT-related issues
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and recommend improvements to enhance the IT infrastructure
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects
