*Responsibilities:*

Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in Solaris to support and maintain Solaris-based systems.

Configure and troubleshoot hardware components, including servers, storage, and network devices.

Implement and manage virtualization technologies in Solaris, such as Containers, zones and LDOMs (Logical Domains).

Diagnose and resolve system and software-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Solaris-based solutions.

*Requirements:*

Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in Solaris.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Solaris SPARC hardware (M series and T series) and software configurations in Solaris environments.

Proficiency in troubleshooting complex system issues and identifying performance bottlenecks.

In-depth understanding of Solaris virtualization concepts, including Containers, zones and LDOMs.

Experience with server hardware configurations and network architecture.

Experience in large environments on migrations and tech refreshes

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities
