Job Description :

 We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. As a Senior SAP VIM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP VIM solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining invoice processing and document management, ensuring efficient and compliant financial operations.

Responsibilities:

•Solution Design and Implementation:

•   Lead and contribute to the design and configuration of SAP VIM solutions, aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.

•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into effective SAP VIM solutions.

•             Configure SAP VIM settings, workflows, document types, data capture, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

•             Customize SAP VIM functionalities to meet specific business processes and requirements.

•Project Management and Delivery:

•             Lead end-to-end SAP VIM implementation projects, ensuring successful project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget.

•             Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.

•             Define project milestones, deliverables, and manage stakeholder communication and expectations.

•System Optimization and Support:

•             Perform regular assessments of SAP VIM systems to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced efficiency.
