We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack React Developer to join our dynamic and innovative development team.

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications.
• Implement responsive user interfaces using React for the front-end and integrate with back-end services.
• Front-End Development:
• Develop reusable and modular components using React.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Back-End Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Node.js or other relevant technologies.
• Implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end.
• Database Management:
• Integrate and work with various databases, both SQL and MySQL, to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Optimize database queries for improved performance.
• Code Quality and Testing:
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the reliability of the application.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging:
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with server-side development using Node.js or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
