Job Overview

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team at SolidEdge Industries. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will play a critical role in overseeing the production process to ensure high-quality output and efficient utilization of resources.

Qualifications and Skills

• Problem Solving (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively resolve production-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Leadership skills (Mandatory skill): Capable of leading and motivating a team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards.
• Machine knowledge (Mandatory skill): Good understanding of machine operations and maintenance in the production environment.
• Quality Control: Experience in monitoring and ensuring the quality of products throughout the production process.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing production needs and work efficiently under pressure.
• Teamwork: Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using production tools and technologies to ensure efficient production processes.
• Labour handling: Skilled in managing and coordinating with production staff to maintain high productivity and morale.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise the production process from start to finish to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and other resources.
• Maintain detailed and accurate production reports and logs to track progress and identify improvement areas.
• Monitor and manage machine performance, ensuring regular maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Train and guide production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
• Address any production issues promptly, applying problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure the final product meets SolidEdge Industries' high standards.

NOTE:- Required candidate who has degree of BE

Candidate should have knowledge of proper machine handling and in printing department.
