Recruitment of all departments, all sites.
Support all functions and responsibilities related to managing, planning and review of corporate HR policies and processes relating to recruitment & selection, retention, employee development and performance management
· Handling and coordinating for all IR and welfare activities.
· Support and work closely with the department for defining plans, policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment.
· Manage Manpower , Security, Query Handling/ Resolution of Grievance.
· Manage Payroll of company and contractor employee.
· Manage attendance, leaves, absenteeism of company Employee and contractor Labor.
· Maintain all records related to joined, resigned & left employees.
· Work closely with all HODs, as directed, for assessing the company's future staffing requirements over the short, medium and long-term.
· Employment verification of all selected employees
· Issue Offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, salary slip, ID Cards and termination letter of employees.
· Support the entire recruitment process.
· Collect all documents /bills of external contractors/consultants and submit to accounts.
· Ensure timely payment to all vendors/contractors by co-ordinating with accounts department.
· Support the daily task received from Directors and give proper feedback on the same.
· Support and upgrade knowledge regularly by attending exhibitions, seminars and reading books.
· Ensure proper housekeeping, guest management, leave balance management and overtime management.
· To ensure that a quality system is established implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system standards.
· To ensure that information security management system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 27001 standards.
· To follow all ISMS policy.
· Ensure and co-ordinate expense reimbursement for all employees and make sure that all documents are complete before submission to accounts.
· Support and help in induction training.
· Help all new joinees for creation of their bank account opening.
· Maintain and keep updated all documents related to personnel files, salary files and legal files.
· Submit correct data for updating MIS reports.
