Provide Telephone/remote/Physical support L1 to go physically to customer location if required Monitor Tickets & Escalations from the user /IT Support Baseline/Configuration of Desktop Laptop as per IT guidelines Advanced & IT specific Application installation & Configuration Ability to install and troubleshooting different version of OS E.g. Windows 10 and Windows 11 Troubleshooting Hardware & Software related issues E-mail Client Configuration & support (Microsoft Outlook and Office 365) Address complex issue and resolved issue in specified time frame. Client Accessories Configuration Printer, Digital Signature and etc. Data Backup from faulty laptop and desktop. Working Knowledge of Microsoft services (AD, DNS, DHCP). Diagnosing system error and other issue.
