Job Overview

We are seeking a female Hotel Hostess to join our team at Solaris Hotel Indore. As a Hotel Hostess, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay. This is a full-time position located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and requires a junior level of experience with 1 to 3 years in hospitality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Escort guests to their designated areas and provide assistance with luggage
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders from guests
• Ensure the cleanliness and neat presentation of common areas and dining areas
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Assist with special events and functions held at the hotel
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
