Job Overview
We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Solaris Hotel Indore. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and delightful experience during their stay. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar guest relations or front desk role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in using hotel management software and standard office software
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth process
- Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Listen to and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding hotel services, promotions, and events
- Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or functions
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
