Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a GSA - House Keeping. As a GSA - House Keeping, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel rooms and public areas. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping and be able to work independently with attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping
• Knowledge of rooms division operations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties
• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining hotel rooms and public areas according to established standards
• Ensuring all guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies
• Responding to guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Assisting with laundry and linen management
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the housekeeping storage areas
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations
