Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Incubation Executive to join our Solamalai Foundation for Startup Incubation dynamic team in Madurai. This full-time role involves spearheading incubator initiatives, supporting startups in their journey towards success, and fostering an environment of innovation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in business development and network-building within the startup ecosystem.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong business development acumen to drive growth and build sustainable business models. (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge and experience within the startup ecosystem to effectively support emerging ventures. (Mandatory skill)
• To take care of overall administration & activities of the incubator
• To conduct workshops, trainings, hackathons individually and collaboration with other partners
• To have willingness to travel
• Excellent networking skills for building relationships with key stakeholders and industry experts. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Exceptional project management abilities to oversee incubator projects from concept to execution.
• Strong financial analysis skills to support startups in financial planning and forecasting.
• Effective pitching skills to represent the incubator and its startups at various platforms and events.
• Capability to mentor startups, providing guidance, resources, and strategic insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the incubation program, ensuring the delivery of key services to startups.
• Identify and recruit promising startups for the incubation program, assessing their potential for success.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and networking events to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Act as a liaison between startups and potential investors, partners, and other resources.
• Provide continuous support and mentorship to startups, focusing on business development and scaling strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the sustained growth and success of the incubator.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of incubated startups, providing feedback and tailored support.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in incubation services.
