Job Overview

SOLAMALAI GROUP is seeking a Senior-level Assistant Professor to join our educational institution in Madurai on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of experience. The role requires the capability to enhance the teaching and research environment, contributing to curriculum development and ensuring academic excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ph. D. degree in the relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level with 8-10 years of experience
• At least 6-10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI / SCIE / UGC / AICTE
• approved list of journals till the date of eligibility of promotion  
• in the relevant branch Proven experience in teaching with at least 7 years of background in a similar role to demonstrate expertise and dedication. (Mandatory skill)
• Extensive experience in conducting research, leading to noteworthy publications and contributions to the academic community. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in curriculum development with a history of revising and creating educational materials that enhance student engagement and learning. (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to mentor students effectively, providing guidance and motivation to enhance their academic and professional development.
• Strong academic writing skills with an ability to produce high-quality academic articles, research papers, and scholarly content.
• Outstanding public speaking skills, enabling the delivery of lectures and presentations in a clear, engaging, and informative manner.
• Critical thinking skills to analytically approach teaching and research challenges, proposing innovative solutions.
• Excellent time management ability to balance teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
