Job Description: Senior Business Development Manager (US Staffing)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Bluebix Solutions Inc. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic business development initiatives in the US Staffing sector, targeting industries such as US IT, US Non-IT, Light Industry, Pharma Industry, Healthcare, and Engineering. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong track record in generating business growth and maintaining client relationships within the staffing and recruiting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base within the specified industries.

·       Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.

·       Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, including the FBDM Team Leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

·       Oversee and manage operations on the floor, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.

·       Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and capitalize on emerging demands.

·       Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.

·       Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development strategies to the management team.

Qualifications and Experience:

·       A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development roles within the US staffing industry is required.

·       Proven expertise in building and managing client relationships, preferably in the specified industries (US IT, US Non-IT, Light Industry, Healthcare, and Engineering).

·       Strong understanding of the US staffing market dynamics and a demonstrated ability to navigate industry challenges effectively.

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive successful business outcomes.

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Working Hours and Location:

·       Location: Indore (On-site).

·       Shift: US Shift (EST).

·       Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (5 Days Working).
