Responsibilities:
Build the Outbound strategies to generate contrast set of business from new and repeat clients

2. Do cold calling for showing portfolio
3. Create a proposal for the Clients and have idea about freelancer and up work for lead generation
Identifying and researching the market and industry trends that would appeal to new clients
Generate qualified leads using bidding, linkedin, social media and outbound calling
Create streamlined pipeline for the ongoing set of work
Expand the sales team and build the plan to achieve the growth, arranging the training sessions
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
Requirements:
1+ years of previous BD/ IT Sales experience
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
A person looking at the company growth, playing a vital role in the success of the company
Be a part of the solution, meeting the daily challenges to generate results
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
