Job Overview

We are seeking four motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Softberry Technology Pvt. Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, converting leads and closures. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and is suitable for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about our products and services
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up with customers via phone calls or emails
• Convert leads for achieving targets
• Maintain a database of potential and existing customers
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall sales goals
• Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences and trends
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills
