Job Title: Java Tech Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Java programming language and frameworks, as well as experience leading technical projects and managing development teams.

The Java Tech Lead will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development process from design to delivery, ensuring that best practices are followed, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Java developers

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java and related technologies

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

• Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members

• Develop and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment

• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the development process

• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other technical discussions

• Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of experience in Java software development

• 2+ years of experience in leading technical projects and managing development teams

• Deep understanding of Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)

• Experience with agile development methodologies

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with cloud-based architectures and technologies is a plus

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, etc.) is a plus
