We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our team at SocialCTR Solutions. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. This is a full-time position based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Proven track record of achieving key performance indicators, such as CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
• In-depth knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to drive insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook BluePrint is a plus.
• Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign data, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Identify trends and insights to improve campaign performance and drive results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.
• Manage and optimize budgets for maximum return on investment.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance to clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
