• Responsible for making outbound call and coordination with Sales team, Follow-up with customers.

• Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.

• Good communication skill.

• Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication skills and willing to work in voice process and ready to work in shifts.

Working Days : Six days a week (Including Weekends) will be eligible for a one staggered weekly off during weekdays.
