• Supervision of billing, collections, banking, statutory compliances

• Periodical MIS

• Budgeting

• Returns filing

• Coordinate to bankers on financing

• Debt management

• Agreements and dispute resolution

• Supervision of costing

• Supervision of individual and functional performance
