Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 years to maximum 10 years of experience in warehouse construction field
• Excellent communication skills

     Sucessfully handling procurement for projects items including:

o   Building material; Bricks,Dust,Cement, aggregate And TMT Steel

o   Electricals; Switch Gear, Cables, DB and light fitting, DG, Tiles

o   Sanitary items, Electricals Control panels, Grid and gypsum material, HVAC Work Contract, Fire fighting and FAS Work contract, Carpets, Roller blinds, wallpaper, Glass, Glass film and aluminium section, Moular Workstations, Loose Furiture , chairs , Toilet cubiles, Data and networking contracts , Construction equipment, Mechanical and electrical tools , MS Pipes and fittings,Water treatment chemical oil

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms
