 FOR H.O. – Vasant Square Mall – Vasant Kunj, Delhi

• Min. 12+ years experience in Civil Construction Company (H.O.) in purchase of all kind of materials required for Civil Construction projects
• Ability to generate new resources / bring existing vendors to our Co. / ability to develop resources where new projects come
• Expert in Computers and Negotiations skills, ability to work under high pressure
• Person able to join immediately – preferred
• Salary range – 70K

• Led procurement efforts for civil engineering projects, sourcing materials such as concrete, steel, and construction equipment.
• Negotiated favorable terms with vendors, resulting in cost savings of [X]% per project.
• Coordinated with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient delivery and distribution of materials.
• Resolved supplier issues promptly to minimize project delays and maintain schedule adherence.
• Implemented procurement best practices, including contract management and compliance monitoring.
