Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and assist with inquiries.
• Schedule appointments efficiently.
• Manage patient registrations and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Support clinic staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Homeopathic principles a plus.

Schedule:

Part-time, 4 pm to 8 pm, flexible including evenings and weekends.
