Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team at SNITCH. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring the smooth running of our store in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and team management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and achieve sales targets
• Supervise and train store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
• Create and maintain a visually appealing store layout to attract customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of store staff and provide feedback for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement
