We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair and Makeup Artist Trainer with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Hair and Makeup Artist Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for aspiring makeup and hair artists.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for makeup and hair artists, covering everything from basic techniques to advanced skills.
• Work closely with trainees to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and provide personalized guidance to help them improve their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair and makeup artistry, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and visual aids.
• Provide constructive feedback to trainees, helping them to improve their skills and build confidence.
• Collaborate with other trainers and industry experts to ensure that training programs are current and effective.
• Maintain a positive and engaging training environment, encouraging trainees to ask questions and participate actively in their own learning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a hair and makeup artist, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Experience in training and developing others, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive and encouraging way.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to create and maintain detailed training materials.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to help others succeed.
• A relevant degree or certification in hair and makeup artistry is preferred.
