Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our store in Sonipat. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent knowledge of inventory management, with proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels.

• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize discrepancies.

• Ensure timely ordering of goods and proper storage of items.

• Team Supervision:

• Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.

• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance as needed.

• Assist in training new employees.

• Customer Service:

• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

• Ensure the store provides excellent customer service at all times.

• Store Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store layout.

• Assist in daily sales reporting and cash handling.

• Excel Proficiency:

• Use MS Excel for preparing inventory reports, sales data, and performance tracking.

• Analyze store performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail or store management.

• Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

• Location: Candidate must reside in or be willing to commute to Sonipat.
