• Vendor Management (Mandatory skill) to oversee supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Visiting out for office work (Mandatory skill) for tasks that require an external presence, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Process Improvement skills to continuously optimize our operational activities and increase efficiency.
• Strong Communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interaction with team members and external partners.
• Porter booking experience to manage logistics related to shipping and delivery, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions that enhance company operations.
• Proficiency in using office software tools to organize and analyze operational data effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Monitor and track budgets, providing regular updates and insights to the management team.
• Conduct visits outside the office for operational tasks, demonstrating reliability and efficiency.

• Oversee porter booking for efficient logistics management.
• Assist in developing operational strategies to meet business objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
