- Onboarding: Experience in coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Ability to assist in maintaining positive employee relations through engagement and support initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Capability to analyze HR data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes.
