Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
3. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
4. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
6. Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met and provide support as needed.
8. Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA or similar certification preferred.
• Proven experience working in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
