• Monitor and track deliveries, addressing any issues that arise during transit
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including schedules, routes, and delivery times
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on dispatch operations and performance
• Resolve customer complaints related to delivery issues in a timely and professional manner
