Responsibilities
· In charge of the Overall Local Sales activity for the Respective Branch & Team
· Well-versed with all the Products of Air & Ocean Freight Imports & Exports, realize sales targets, execute the sales strategy, visit existing & potential customers, understand needs, coordinate with pricing & CS team, and monitor end-to-end shipment process.
· Managing Team & given responsibility & making them achieve the Team Targets
· Talent acquisition and development, create and nurture team spirit within the Sales team and with other team members of the Company.
· Drive both revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes
· Responsible for timely collection of payments from customers & of Team
· Must have a good network and relationships with the players in local market and surrounding areas
· Keep the client & internal team timely updated regarding shipment status
· Actively participate and support New Product Development as per the organization's guidelines
· For Team - Create sales calendar, attend customer events and conduct weekly business reviews
